How do I get access to the website’s “Members Only” section?
The Sigma Delta Phi website was created to inform the public, sisters and non-sisters alike, about the sorority--its history, activities, members etc. However, some pages contain information that are
not for public viewing. To access these pages, you must first register online. Upon your registration approval, you must
click on the LOG IN link on any page and log in using your username and password. You will then be able to view the pages in the Members Only area.
How do I get in touch with the SDP Web Members?

How do I post news, articles, photos or updates on the website?
The webteam welcomes all contributions for the website. For security purposes, all contributions for the website must be sent via email to webmaster@sigmadeltaphi.com.
As a courtesy to the current webmaster, please try to limit file sizes of attachments to 200kb each. If you are unable to do so, please contact the webmaster first, so she can give instructions on how to mimize file sizes.
How do I join the mailing list?
To subscribe to the upsdp-list, send a message to upsdp-list@sigmadeltaphi.com
What is the UPSDP-List?
The UPSDP-List is a unified mailing list for members of SIGMA DELTA PHI Sorority only. Joining this list allows users to send a message to all other registered users by using a single email address.
This list is restricted to Sorority members only. A sister who is subscribed to the List can send email to the List (called posting to the List) and all subscribers will receive a copy of that email. In the same token, when you reply to a posting from the UPSDP-List, your reply is sent to all subscribed. This is the default setting.
You need to specify the return address if you do not want to send it to the whole list.
Can anyone join the UPSDP-List?
This list is exclusive to members of Sigma Delta Phi only.
What is the process of vouching?
To ensure the security and privacy of the list, all sisters who want to subscribe to the list need to go through a verification process.
An existing subscriber must vouch for the authenticity of the request for subscription and the email address of the requestor.
NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN until the verification process is complete.
How do I make a personal contribution to the maintenance of the website?
The Sigma Delta Phi Sorority website was developed through the initiative of the members of the Web Team with the support of the Alumnae Association. This site was created through volunteer hours and individual contributions of the Web Team. It is a work in progress and as it evolves into the next phase of development, your personal contribution time, content or monetary, will go a long way in the achievement of its objectives. Email the webmaster@sigmadeltaphi.com with your intent to contribute in any way and we'll get back to you immediately.
How do I join the webteam?
We are inviting interested sisters who think they can contribute and are willing to volunteer their valuable time and services for the maintenance of the website to join the webteam. Please email webmaster@sigmadeltaphi.com if you want to be part of the webteam.
How do I request for a Chapter or Batch website link to be added to the Sorority website?
Though sigmadeltaphi.com is the Official Website for the sorority, we recognize other related sites created and developed by the different Chapters and Batches. To submit a link, you may click on LINKS on any page and click on SUBMIT LINK. OR, you may simply email your link with a brief description to webmaster@sigmadeltaphi.com. The Web Team reserves the right to review and approve any links submitted.
How do I add an event to the Calendar of Events?
If you have an event or activity which you want to add to the Calendar of Events, please send complete event details (Name of Event, Date, Location, Purpose/Description of event, Organizers Name) to webmaster@sigmadeltaphi.com. OR you may add it on the Calendar yourself. Click the date of the event, fill up the form and submit.
How do I send my information to be included in the Member Directory?
You are automatically added to the Member Directory when you have successfully registered online.
(Successfully registered means your registration was approved by the webmaster.) To register online, see FAQ above.
How do I post an ad on the Classifieds?
The Classifieds page is a venue for sisters to post ads for Jobs Offered, Jobs Wanted, For Sale, etc. If you want to post an ad on the Classifieds, you may submit your ad to webmaster@sigmadeltaphi.com. OR, you may click the CLASSIFIEDS link on the Members Only Pages, click the POST AN AD link, fill out the form with the necessary information and click POST THE AD button.
